“Your story will become someone else’s lifeline”

Hi!

My name is Talia. I have been a registered dietitian since 2005. After traumatic life events affected my health in dramatic and negative ways, I sought help through a Godly functional medicine provider. This was the beginning of seeing health and nutrition from a very different vantage point than my training had taught me. With this new paradigm, God, slowly but surely, led me onto a path of wellness. He then led me on the journey of writing my life’s story in the hopes that it would bring Life and healing to others…

A bit of background to Talia’s Story…

At a coffee shop, one year into a worldwide pandemic and other life traumas that had reached a climax, I was experiencing “bottom of the barrel” feelings about myself and my life. As I sat questioning my life’s paradigms, wondering what God could possibly be doing because it all felt like total devastation in my life and the world, He had me look up. In front of me was a picture of a butterfly. The inscription surrounding the butterfly said, “Your story will become someone else’s lifeline”. Despite thinking, “My life is a TOTAL mess! I have nothing to offer anyone! Much less a book!”, I knew deep down that the Holy Spirit wanted me to write a book about my life’s story.

Seven years later, through a lot of “wrestling” with God, He helped me complete it. I truly pray you will find Life giving healing as you journey on…

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

~Psalms 139: 14-16 (NIV)

“Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.”

~Psalms 150:6 (NIV)
